The world’s first personal shopping lounge has arrived at Heathrow Airport, and it comes with first class service.

Winner of the ‘Best Airport for Shopping’ four times in a row at the Skytrax World Airport Awards from 2010-2013, passengers flying through the airport can book sessions in advance to enjoy a tailor-made experience with an accredited stylish in Heathrow’s dedicated suite. What is more, it is all completely free of charge for all.

Led by a qualified team of experts, bringing a truly cultural flavour to an international airport, the personal concierge shopping team speak a combined 38 languages between them, bringing together a curated selection of products from over 400 shopping outlets in a hassle-free and private consultation suite. A perfect way to spend those precious moments before take-off.

The trailblazing Personal Shopping service brings together the world of fashion to your fingertips that can be reserved ahead of time or accessed upon touch down. Supermodel sensation, Eric O’Connor, a co-host at the Somerset House to launch Heathrow’s new ground-breaking service, shared passionately her experiences of how useful inside expertise from personal shoppers are to her;

Whether passengers have forgotten that last minute gift, or just want to take advantage of Heathrow prices without the baggage, traveller can simply let our team know their delivery details and we will take care of the rest. Home delivery is available to those travelling within the UK or the EU and free when passengers spend £300 or more at Heathrow and use Heathrow Rewards card.
