Giorgio Armani x Jian Wen “Gone With the Bullets”

Giorgio Armani continues its collaboration with Jiang Wen on the highly anticipated movie ‘Gone with the Bullets’. The movie opens on December 18 in China, and globally throughout next year. Lead characters will be wearing Giorgio Armani collection outfits throughout the movie.

Jiang will also star in the movie with the film’s cast including Ge You, Shu Qi, Zhou Yun, Wang Zhiwen and Wen Zhang. For the production, Armani worked with acclaimed art director William Chang who has won the Hong Kong Film Award in costume design 16 times for “In the Mood for Love”, “Grandmaster” and “Let the Bullets Fly” amongst others, and was nominated this year for an Academy Award for Best Costume Design.

“Gone with the Bullets” set in 1920s Shanghai, is an adventure film based on a true story. In the movie, Jiang Wen reproduces the cosmopolitan Shanghai of 1920s which was an undisputed international oriental metropolis and a paradise of adventurers.
