Opening Ceremony x Hollywood

Spike Jonze’s new film Her has inspired Opening Ceremony’s latest capsule collection of men’s wear. It’s the second time the New York based brand collaborates with Hollywood’s Jonze, first time being inspired by his film ‘Where the wild things are’, leading to a collection launch in 2009.

This time the collection includes outfits based on Theodore Twombly, the film’s mustachioed, lonely protagonist, played by Joaquin Phoenix. We talk, geek-chic hipster: from high-waisted pants and button front shirts, to patch-pocket jackets, blazers and round-frame glasses, obviously. All a hipsters heart might desire! The collection will be available to shop at the e-commerce site of Opening Ceremony as well as in boutiques in Los Angeles and New York on 1st December. Sequentially the  London store will open it’s  gates for the collection to be shopped. We certainly can’t wait.
