Ducati Super Bike 899 Panigale

The Ducati 899 Panigale unveiled at the VW Group Night in Frankfurt, Germany, on the eve of the IAA International Motor Show, has proven to be an exciting 2014 model range.

The stunning showpiece, presents a statement of intent, hyped up to give you access to the exclusive world of Ducati Superbikes. Described as a “Supermid” version of the award-winning 1199 Panigale, its geared up to provide the thrill of the newest generation of flagship model revised to bring you more.

Equipped with a brand new Superquadro engine, the revised bore and stroke delivers optimum acceleration power reaching 148hp (109kW) with a torque of 73lb-ft (10.1kgm). Sublime to say the least, the super-smooth power unit achieved both outstanding power-to-weight ratio and gives cruising agility with a dry weight of  169kg (372.5lb).

An 1199 silhouette underlines the family DNA, while the Ducati Quick Shift (DQS) and the fully integrated Riding Mode technologies of Ride-by-Wire, triple stage ABS, Ducati Traction Control (DTC) and Engine Brake Control (EBC) continuous the tradition of setting a benchmark of ingenuity in the automotive industry. The 899 Panigale will be available from late October onwards in traditional Ducati red with black wheels or a stunning arctic white with red wheels.
