The new fragrance Eros Pour Femme was created by perfumers from the Firmenich company – Alberto Morillas, Olivier Cresp and Nathalie Lorson – and is the newest addition to the Versace fragrance family.
Titled ‘Eros Pour Femme’, the new eau de parfum is a feminine sidekick to Versace’s 2012 hit Eros. With the campaign images shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, Brian Shimansky, the face of the men’s Eros scent, is back in the campaign, with gorgeous model Lara Stone, who is captured in a flowing white dress and Greek-inspired gladiator sandals “Eros Pour Femme is the ultimate in power and seduction from Versace,” explained creative director Donatella Versace. The juice opens with a blend of Sicilian lemon and Calabrian bergamot top notes. This opens into a heart of pomegranate, jasmine, and peony, before heading into a smooth, woody drydown with heady musk.
“Eros is the God of love, but for the campaign for Eros Pour Femme, I wanted it to almost seem as if Eros himself was being seduced, such is the strength of the woman,” Donatella.
The golden bottle comes with the classic Versace Greek key and gold Medusa motifs, and is presented inside a tiroir-opening fine jewelry-style box. Eros Pour Femme scent is a mixture of Sicilian lemon, Calabrian bergamot and pomegranate, lemon flower, Sambac jasmine absolute, peony, musk and sandalwood, set to capture the heart of anyone who smells it.
