LG has partnered with Austrian jewelry brand Swarovski to present a ‘limited edition curved OLED TV’ at berlin’s IFA 2014.
A premium viewing experience and an increased viewer immersion is created as the shimmering crystals complement the precise colors of the organic light-emitting diode display. the 16kg device has a paper-thin depth of 4mm and its streamlined stand is studded with approximately 460 hand-applied aurora boreallis gems of three different sizes. the resultant subtle but elegant sparkling and glittering pattern turns the television into a work of art.
