Bulgari Hotel to Open in Dubai with Meraas

Sealing the Deal

Bulgari Hotels and Resorts has signed an agreement with Dubai-based real estate development company Meraas Holding, to bring the hospitality brand to Dubai. This will be Bulgari Hotels and Resorts’ fifth property following the previous ones in Milan (2004), Bali (2006), London (2012) and Shanghai (2015). As most would know, Dubai is already chock-full of high-end accommodations. If you’re wondering what will set the Bulgari Hotel apart from the others, it’s this; the property will be located at the prestigious Jumeirah Bay island in Dubai.

What to Expect

Spread over 1.7 million square-feet, the Bulgari Hotel will be framed by lush landscaped gardens and comprise of 100 rooms and suites in the main hotel buildings, as well as 20 hotel villas and a full range of luxury hotel facilities. Designed by Italian architectural firm, Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel and Partners, the Bulgari Hotel in Dubai will offer a mix of traditional and modern themes through the juxtaposition of new and conventional architecture that reflects the design and style of the surrounding area.
