Rio – Pelé with Hublot at the Jacarezinho favela!

As the FIFA World Cup Brazil™ reaches its penultimate climax, with only the very best teams on the planet left to compete in the tournament, something unique, something powerful across the Jacarezinho Favela was taking place.

As part of the international #HublotLovesFootball campaign and in conjunction with Hublot’s presence in Brazil at the FIFA World Cup™ as “Official Timekeeper” and “Official Watch, on 27th June Ricardo Guadalupe, CEO of Hublot, joined legendary Brazilian World Cup Winner Pelé, cheered by children at the heart of the Jacarezinho favela in Rio de Janeiro to celebrate a new football pitch.

Whatever happens on pitch, whether Brazil ends up being crowned champions or their arch rivals Argentina edges them with Messi on their side, Hublot’s presence has been effervescent whether it be on the pitch or off it.
