Now Open: The Regent Porto Montenegro Hotel and Residences

A month since opening its doors to well-wishers, the Regent Porto Montenegro still leaves guests marvelling as they walk in. The property boasts of 51 rooms and 35-suite deluxes and holds the enviable title of being the first and only hotel in the Porto Montenegro super-yacht marina resort.

Inspired by Renaissance Venice, hotel design specialist Reardon Smith Architects incorporates Italian palazzo influences with strong nautical and local architectural references into the terracotta-roofed Regent Porto Montenegro. Designed by interior designer Tino Zervudachi the hotel evokes vignettes of being aboard a luxury cruise ship, a tribute to pay homage to the hotel’s location in the heart of Porto Montenegro 250-berth super-yacht marina. The luxury waterfront property offers guests a choice of 51 spacious and richly-furnished guest bedrooms and 35 suites and residences.Each room offers stunning, breath-taking views, whether it’s the Boka Bay or the majestic mountains of Montenegro be sure to have a camera to capture the dramatic scenes. Afterwards, visit the sea front outdoor terraces housing the finest selection of fine champagnes in the Balkan region. To cool off take a dip into the 20-metre outdoor pool, commanding uninterrupted views of the spectacular Boka Bay, dubbed as Europe’s ‘southern-most fjord’.

The Dining Room à la carte menu showcases dishes created with the finest local and seasonal ingredients, inspired with Mediterranean flair. The Gourmet Corner is a quintessential patisserie and delicatessen offering a sumptuous variety of bakery goods, chocolates and signature pizzas fresh from the oven. The Library Bar with its centrepiece fire place features on the menu a wide-selection of the world’s finest cognacs and whiskies. Guests can likewise enjoy the hotel’s signature afternoon tea and Mediterranean and Asian-inspired tapas at sunset. The open air sea front Italian Garden is surrounded by fountains and landscaped gardens, creating a spectacular location for sunset drinks and special events. The Regent Spa offers international and Asian inspired therapies and guests may also enjoy an indoor vitality pool, hammam, sauna, steam room, fully-equipped fitness centre and a juice bar for refreshments.

Located in the town of Tivat, the hotel is easily accessible through Tivat, Dubrovnik and Podgorica International airports. Helicopter transfers are available from Dubrovnik and Podgorica providing breath taking views of the Croatian and Montenegrin coastlines along with a personal arrival experience at the Regent Porto Montenegro private helipad.
