The very much anticipated capsule winter collection designed by Kate Bosworth and the Topshop Design Team has finally landed. It’s the second collection Kate Bosworth has collaborated with Topshop on. After her more bohemian Spring collection, Bosworth has created a very minimal, sleek collection that includes clean cuts, mixes oversized and fitted pieces and hence ranges from feminine to masculine pieces. Kate Bosworth also models her collection (46 pieces) in a film created by herself and husband, as well as film director Michael Polish. All the pieces are created in a Mondrian-inspired palette of black, white and red.
“For autumn, we wanted to create luxurious pieces with a strong minimalist approach. Slim silhouettes are cloaked in a masculine shape, staying true to the masculine-feminine balance that exists in my personal aesthetic” the actress explained. Kate has certainly given us her vision for autumn/winter 2013, representing her own personal style.
The collection has launched globally online – If you want an easy effortless look in classic red or black with the silvery twist, this is the collection for you!
